From April 7 to 13, 2025, Milan, Italy, will host one of the world’s largest design celebrations with FuoriSalone 2025, the series of collateral events to the Milano Design Week. With the theme “Mondi Connessi” (Connected Worlds), this edition highlights the intersections between technology, nature, and creativity, reinforcing design’s role as a bridge between different realities.

The Theme Mondi Connessi: Design for a Connected World

In 2025, FuoriSalone invites reflection on how design creates links between different aspects of contemporary life.

The interaction between humans, technology, and the environment is at the core of this concept, illustrated by a visual communication campaign by photographer and prompt designer Silvia Badalotti.

The campaign features three symbolic images: Gaia (human), Net (technology), and Fluid (nature), representing the circular relationship between these elements.

Milan will host events, exhibitions, and interactive installations showcasing the impact of design across various sectors, from architecture and furniture to artificial intelligence and sustainability.
